Narrative (Logic Model)

If a Patronato for La Posada de Ocú is created to control and manage its land and building assets, it will be able to negotiate with Panama´s government the required funding to restore this structure and organize and complete a working business model, that will allow La Posada to serve as a sustainable location to do business, socialize and enjoy Ocú´s famed hospitality, history and folklore.

Time frame

La Posada will be fully operational in a four-year time frame (48 months).

Although it might be considered as lengthy, it takes into accournt normal wait times for Panamanian bureaucracy to operate.
